Our Redeemer Lutheran Church – Tigard, Oregon – is looking for its next Ministry Coordinator who will assist the congregation in fulfilling its calling as “A family of God sharing Christ’s love” by “building relationships where our community experiences God’s grace, hope, and truth.”
The Ministry Coordinator’s unique role is to guide and support the successful implementation of ministry events and community partnerships. This can range from concept creation to cheerleading volunteers to picking up details and collecting post-event records.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for seeing people connect with and grow into God’s Kingdom, and want to share their unique abilities to bring an ongoing calendar of ministry opportunities to life. They will enjoy working alongside a small team of staff and lay leaders, as well as a congregation full of volunteers. They should expect to average 20-25 hours per week, with some flexibility in time and location, and some necessary evenings and weekends.
