Kindergarten teacher ’23

The Educator will be teaching a diverse population of children from a Christian perspective using age-appropriate instruction that encourages children in active inquiry, fosters individual and spiritual growth, and promotes respect and care for self, others, and the world in which they live. Educator’s report to the Principal and will undergo a formal evaluation by the Principal according to the evaluation rubric. This evaluation will be based on the goals set at the beginning of each school year by the educator and the Principal. When completed, the evaluation will be shared with the Educator by the end of each school year and new goals set for the next school year.
