Across the NOW District, you can find breathtaking views. You might say that about the Oregon Coast, the High Cascades in Washington, or the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho, to name a few. Although I wonder if we should call it “breath-giving” instead of breathtaking; after all, it is the “breath of the Almighty that gives me life” (Job 33:4), and God spoke all these places into existence. The breath of the Almighty still gives us life in Jesus, whose forgiving words to us are “Spirit and life” (John 6:63).
