Due to Marilyn Allen’s upcoming retirement at the end of 2026, the NOW District Office is seeking to fill the Business Manager position. We ask for your assistance in finding an individual who has a heart for serving our Lord and a desire to further the mission and ministry of the Northwest District. Some basic requirements include:
- Be or become an active member of a Northwest District congregation
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- Be highly experienced in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Have familiarity with non-profit accounting
- Be experienced in human resources, payroll, and office management
- Have some experience in event planning and property management
- Possess proven leadership skills for working in a relational team environment
