The Grief Informed Church

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Boise, Idaho, will host a one-day seminar titled “The Grief Informed Church.” It will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $25, with a baked potato bar lunch included. Registration is required. Deadline is Sept. 25. REGISTER HERE.

Becky Oswald, who is a Grief Coach with a Master’s in Thanatology, will provide registrants with a workbook and will teach on the following topics:
Session 1: Types of Losses and Expressions of Grief
Session 2: Understanding Grief
Session 3: What Grieving Needs
Session 4: What We Can Do
