Staff Training for summer staff begins ~May 27th, 2025. Summer staff duties are complete on ~August 11th, 2025. Program staff must also attend program staff training beginning ~May 18th, 2025. All staff will receive CPR/AED and First Aid training and may have the opportunity to attend an American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguarding course and Wilderness First Aid with WMI of NOLS.
College Age or older candidates: to fill out a candidate profile, please visit www.nloma.org and complete an on-line form. We partner with the National Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Association (NLOMA) for a process called joint recruitment. Joint recruitment places your application in the hands of 20+ Lutheran Camps across the country! If you desire, you may indicate Camp Perkins, ID, as your first choice camp on the NLOMA application.
