Youth Leadership Initiative – Survey & Results

Next Steps for the Youth Leadership Initiative

Are you interested in joining us as we pilot resources related to support what we believe are the vital behaviors which equip leaders to encourage youth to use their God-given gifts for service in His kingdom? We welcome you to download “The Know Name Journal: A Field Guide for Creating a Yes! Culture.” This Bullet Journal/Planner-based resource is designed to encourage leaders to “Know the Person, Name the Gift, and Find the Next Yes!”

Note: These .pdfs are set-up to be printed in a two-sided format and include blank pages for that purpose.

Build Your Know Name Journal

Start here, by downloading and printing, two-sided, the 2025 calendar pages with monthly checklists.

Download The Know Name Journal – 2025 Planner

Next, download the pages which you will reuse throughout this process. These lists of students known by your ministry, gifts you’ve identified in your youth, and a perpetual calendar for tracking birthdays, baptisms, and other important, recurring events in the lives of your youth.

As these pages fill up additional copies may be printed to increase the capacity of your journal.

Finally, for each youth known by your ministry, print one copy of the following student pages. You will continue to add this set of pages to your journal for each additional youth who becomes connected to your ministry.

All of these pages can be assembled in a 3-ring binder, with custom divider tabs or small sticky notes added to ease navigation.

As you work with these resources, we would love to hear your thoughts.
